[Erratum] Preprint -- Radioactive Information

This is a short note concerning my work Radioactive Information.

To give some background, this piece of research was my first attempt at answering a long standing problem in the field of algorithmic information theory(AIT); more specifically between Kolmogorov complexity and Shannon information inequalities. The open problem is: Question 2 of 27 Open Problems in Kolmogorov Complexity.

This post concerns an error in my preprint. I will be able to be more detailed regarding this matter in the future. In the mean time, the erratum concerns the following point. In the algorithmic analogue of the copy lemma, the conditional independence is "not an acquired state"; which I considered as one of my initial assumptions. The fact that's not the case breaks my logical constructions.

However, the insights concerning the copy lemma are valid. But more importantly, the inital insight still holds and has been re-directed by π-radian in a coming piece of work.

Finally, I will be updating my preprint with a new version on preprints.org stating the existence of an erratum.
